What's the dumbest mistake you've made on a job?

I Farted and didn't realise the customer was behind me..:lol:

But I think the most stupid thing I have done when tiling has to be banging a screw straight through a water pipe in a floor. That was a bad day.

I completely forgot this from Wednesday. I laid an slc in a kitchen. Started at the window and worked back to the door leaving a lovely job. Cleaned up the tools, put them in the van and went to drive off .....can't find keys. Sitting on kitchen worktop as far from the door as possible. Had to wait an hour and a half until the screed was firm enough to retrieve keys.
