just out of interest sean, did you seal the cracked glaze tiles before grouting?
Yes Doug I did seal the tiles. The tiles were still cracking when I took them out of the box it was like they were haunted! cheers Sean

I bought a bottle of silver coloured Aqua-Mix for £30. £30 well spent in my opinion. Easy to apply, but a bit difficult to rub off with my nylon sponge (I tried 2 different types of sponge). It took me 6 hours of constant applying & rubbing off the stuff to approx 9sqm of brickbond shower walls. The customer was very happy with result. I went hope a very happy man on Monday. The thought of regrouting or ripping out the tiles just filled me with dread. See inclosed pics of before and after shots. Cheers to the lads that suggested this stuff. Sean
