I have some expensive quartz gem conglomerate floor tiles, made by Compaq (a Spanish company), and bought from Pilkington's near Manchester.
The tiles are anthracite in colour, having a black shiny appearance enhanced with sparkly metallic-looking particles.
I've received conflicting advice about sealing. On the box, it states to use "sealer that conforms to the norm prEN 13888 CG2 ArW". I can't find any sealer that even carries a number that even has a similar format!
Where can I find it?
Alternatively, what kind of sealer is appropriate? Some have solvents, some contain silicones, etc. The wrong choice could ruin the tiles.
Advice will be very welcome. Thanks!
