Once a purchase has been made, Tradetiler will not refund any deference in price. Please confirm your price match with us first

Tradetiler reserves the right not to sell our products if an agreement can not be made between us and you the customer.

I liked buying from Tradetiler but what do you do when they don't answer your emails about buying tools ? Since you can't purchase online from Ireland

This is why I hate emailing any company, emails get either deleted or not read or answered.

Also I've emailed quotes to customers and not had a reply, you can't help thinking have they even recieved it?

Bob ask for a 'receipt' to be sent to you when they have opened the email. That way you know they have opened it

In general I first visit shops and tool fairs to look at tools (road test them) and then I buy online where you can see price comparisons down to the penny.

One example of an item I tested in a shop then bought online is my drill priced@ £149 that I found online at £99.

This drill WOULD have cost £149.99 in shop but I noted the model number and paid £99 online.

The reason it is stripped of all its markings is because it appeared as part of our dragons den pitch and the BBC insisted on us removing all
identification marks prior to handing it to Peter Jones for him to test our diamond core drill bit on a hard porcelain tile.

Drill stripped of its identity so the BBC could broadcast a pitch from 365Drills

My experience of retail shopping is that the smart retailers do not have a different online price to a shop price. Case in point - Argos. Looked at a Sony Cybershot for £149.99 discount to £99.99 which I bought from the store. Its the same price online so I save the P&P
