Hi went to look at a OAP floor that was laid about 20 yrs ago on a cement floor, their are only about 15 gaps were the grout has come out. i put this down to wear and tear over the period of time with being in a kitchen. i intend to rake out any loose grout. But would u advise flex grout or not as the last grout lasted it time.
i doing this as a freebi as she was told the floor was coming up and it would cost her £1200 to retile. I do not know why they told her this as the tiles are as they have only been laid recent. as for being loose i think the bloke is trying it on as she is in her 80s. You can not get any movement even with a crow bar they were laid that well.
Sorry to go on , I just hate when people try it on.
So you see any problems in useing flex-grout and save this old dear her money
