which ply? exterior or T&G Weaver spruce

using BAL ADP as it was recommended on here to use that, nothing was said about SBR (i hope thats correct )

as per my other thread, in the "prep area" on the forum, will be going on to tile stripped plasterboard using BAL Flexi

Just been out to buy the poly varnish, extra tough matt coat by Ronseal is that suitable???

yes mate that will be fine. it is just for sealing to protect against moisture ingress.
