white polished porcelain

I've been looking for an off-white polished porcelain in 600x600 for my bathroom and found a few candidates. However, there's a huge variation in prices. Tile HQ have a super nano polished white from Niro Granite which is unusually cheap. Anyone tried these? Any issues?

I also saw a nice looking tile called Polar White in Acorn Tiles in Hemel Hemstead at a very reasonable price. But when I went back the following week it was a darker shade and had a completely different pattern on the back. Having said that it was still nice and had the added advantage of also coming in a 50x50mm mosaic for 5.50 per sheet.

On the other end of the scale are some which cost £50+ per sqm. Should I be steering clear of cheaper options and accept that good polished porcelain is expensive?

And anyone know how to check that a tile is good quality from a sample?

Apart from the quality of the surface finish , then not a lot of difference in most polished porcs ,, always check the PEI rating and the nominal sizing of the tile it's self.. and also check for planitising.
