who uses labourers?

Yes I do, only for the big jobs though. They get 40 (Max) per day and are worked into the ground.

Yes - occasionally - £40 per day, lunch bought every day and a few pints on completion of job. Sometimes bonus at end of job if they have worked hard and job finished ahead of schedule
