Priced three jobs this week, won two and turned one down. :smilewinkgrin: Had to negotiate my labour down on one, but agreed to a discount as long as he would complete testimonial questionnaire for my portfolio/website. I'll keep you updated with photo's on how they go.
The one I turned down (I just felt it was not right for me - I could foresee problems down the line) was the lead form in here, but I said I would give him a price on tiling his kitchen. I think this is so he can compare against other prices he gets. Its a pretty big area about 12sq m, all on one level. Will need SLC and probably lump shaving where door was previously removed. What is the current sq m price. Want to help guy out as really nice family and it came from here.

Yeah, nice guy but wanted loads doing not just tiling. I'm not going to do the kitchen, but said I'd give him an idea of what would be a fair price. You guys are much more experienced than me. Don't want to go low and stitch up the tiler that quotes, but want to make sure he gets doesn't get ripped.
