Whereas the Steel ball is suspended, therefore there is no extra weight.

only 5 can be filled.

Why . Is it because the tube protrudes lower into 4 . Because if so water finds its own level and will fill the receptacle and tube as well . 4 is also filled from a lower point than 5 .
