THANK YOU all for the welcome. Yes was only joking, i'm sure he will do a fine job he is quite experienced in large house improvements. But great to have the experience and advise offered on this site to guide us DIY'ers. He's started tiling kitchen floor with 600x600 polished unsealed porcelain. Have read many helpful threads about cutting, cleaning, sealing etc on this site already and think he's got it in hand...so far. Thanks
