They say in their terms that they're just selling blocks of advert space and it's not a gambling thing (one house couldn't be transferred once due to some association claiming it was a gambling thing) and that a name will simply be drawn out of a hat when they reach 70% of sold space. You get to buy the house for 1p if you're drawn out of the hat.
