Tradeteacher.co.uk I signed on at 2:50 mate they have reffered me to the construction skills colleage its not the tiling course its the multi skill basically tiling plumbing and plastering.. They told me theres no tile specific courses atm thats why im going on this but. Will be a good bit of knowledge as when im on jobs will need to consider the plumber plasterer etc so will come in handy

Nah mate I was gonna ask the price but thats way out of. My lueage atm lol I called today to see if I was elegible to be reffered to that one instead of the multi skilled... But im not and she also said there was 2 ppl waiting for it to start and guessed one of them was you lol have you done any tiling at all yet?

I've done 1 job so far it was for family so it was practice really though it looks good to be honest and what course did you ask for mate and what training centre

Yeh ive oonly done a bit in my own toilet its not the best but was really awkward lol I asked about the tiling course they do and they said they have one but there waiting for a couple more people. Then I mentioned I was on the dole and she told me I. Couldnt get on the course and would have to settle for the multi skilled one.. I cant find any other sort of course in Wolverhampton I just dont get why the jobcentre cant fund me for it I wanna be a tiler not a handyman

ive booked an appointment with my advisor mate and fingers crossed i may be able to get myself on that course... i called and he asked me why i didnt go to the appointment for the multi skilled course and i said i wanted to be a tiler not a plasterer or plumber and ive got to see him on the 20th im hoping i can get on this course or find an alternative.

Tilers need plastering skills and plumbing skills so blowing that off was a bit stupid IMO

i didnt mate i was ill but cant tell the jobcentre that i had to blag him lol... i was looking forward to it tbh i know i at least need to be able to consider both trades when tiling too.
