I am not sure you can get powdered SBR can you. This would require the additive to become liquid dispersive when you add water to the SBR. SBR once cured is waterproof??.

May I ask what you need it for. Xypex and Sika do powdered additives for concrete to make them waterproof. Not sure if it can be done with a screed to the same extent.

no guys i don't need it but the ronacrete pre-bagged mortars use some kind of dry sbr additive , and this is what i will have to use in poole as the adhesive maker's cant come -up with anything its going to cost about £1700 just for the materials and that's without my labour
