I am not sure you can get powdered SBR can you. This would require the additive to become liquid dispersive when you add water to the SBR. SBR once cured is waterproof??.

May I ask what you need it for. Xypex and Sika do powdered additives for concrete to make them waterproof. Not sure if it can be done with a screed to the same extent.
