Diamond Pool Finishers

If you have found/invented something that improves your trade would you share it/ sell it even though it would be a yearly purchase or would you keep it to yourself because you know it will keep you ahead of the competition? Or share it with a select few?
well i would sell it and /or make money for my family out of it!!, if it when megga then i would share the dosh with some medical charity

If it was worthy of it, patent it, and then sell it to whoever wants to buy it as surely it would make just as much money as using it yourself only and it only making you a little bit?

I'm struggling to think of an actual scenario here mind.

If it's a tileution type thing, don't bother!!! haha

I had an idea for a cheap tool for painting around radiator stalks coming out of the floor/wall to stop getting paint on the carpet. Never seen anything like it in the sheds or decorators merchants and nothing when Googled.

Is it a goer or not? What do you think, let me know!!

I'm imagining and upside down smaller version of a dog colar here, one of those ones they wear that when they've had stitches or whatever that looks like a lampshade.

If so I think it'd be handy. If I'm barking up the wrong tree (no pun intended) then let me know!

Mmmmmm...not quite Dan it can open and close to go round different diameter pipes.

I reckon it would cost pence to produce (In China - try and boost their flagging economy, rather than our booming one ) and even at a couple of quid or so a go, you could make a bob or two

I tell you what mate, ask what is available for said scenario on Decorator Forums | Painting and Decorating Forum, our decorating forum.

We have some very very top of the game painters, decorators and even the one proper artist on there.

I reckon there's a few 'artists' on here as well Dan :8:

I think it's probably aimed at DIY market but it's worth the ask, cheers.
