Wrongly sent email or a possible con?

I have had two of these emails in the last week, one was asking for a wet cutter, shipping costs (american?) and how I would like to be paid?
I deleted that one after replying back saying I am not a tool provider.

The one below arrived this morning and although I cant remember the full wording of the first one they seem similar, anyone else get these types of email?

Nope... sounds quite genuine though.. is there a tile supplier with the same name? One of my husband's and my businesses is East-West Publications, the site we sell our training DVDs, but there is another East-West Publications somewhere else, and we do, rarely, get enquiries from people asking for different types of books sometimes.

I had two last week asking if I could sell them tools and would I take credit card, one from Poland and the other from Germany, never answered them. Not heard anymore..

yes, I don't get that either.. it seems more cumbersome than the usual "Hey friend I think you are trustworthy and sent to me by the voices of my grandaunts wizzard helpers and I want a relationship with you" email address collectors...?

I'm thinking along the lines of stolen credit card details. They pay you a lot of money upfront for an order and then cancel the order but are happy for you to take a 25% charge for it and return 75% to an account they advise. How does that sound?
