That's not bad at all. I've not had tip in the last few months. One lady did give me an extra £30 for fitting a new hot water tank at short notice. Her element had failed and needed replacing but it had corroded itself to the tank. I even tried heat via a piece of brass to the female thread of the tank (saves setting the insulation on fire) but that wouldn't shift it.

So unfortunately the tank had to come out as well, probably just as well as it was looking a bit corroded in places when I stripped the insulation off afterwards.
