Yipee i can start posting again

A few weeks back i posted that due to the run of bad luck i had and that the only posts that i had posted recently seemed to be doom and gloom i said that i would not post again until i had something good to say....Well today is the day :hurray::hurray:

Having arrived home tonight at about 7 i picked up the mail from this morning, normal things bills car tax reminders etc, except one envelope addressed to me. Upon opening it i discovered a cheque owed to me from the customer who decided he wasn't paying me, THE FULL AMOUNT :smilewinkgrin::smilewinkgrin::smilewinkgrin: also inside was a letter which i am too polite to relay on the forum for fear of being barred but needless to say I do have a Father, seems that the letters my solicitor friend sent have done the trick.

Taking him out for a pint or ten tomorrow to say thank you.

Even if it bounces Chris, it is against the law to issue a cheque, without sufficient funds to cover it.

So unless he has good reason to stop the cheque, you should be OK. Good news:hurray:

Great news and enjoy the first pint. I had a customer playing silly games last month and managed to catch him out thanks to his cleaner, but that's for another thread. You should expect more good luck as that comes in three's too.....
