Hi all, i am due to start a 80mtr floor on monday next week using topps tiles yorkstone modular. I was speaking to a mate the other day who told me it will be a nightmare as they are not great. The reason he said during manufacturing they didn't allow for grout on the smaller two of the the tiles. Turned into a long boring conversation but that's the long and short of it. Anyone else come across this?

It is common on pattern sets .. trim them to suit..

I know exactly what you mean with this set! I advised as Dave says, a faff on but these are full bodied porcs so you can trim to suit. Just advise customer and stick a fiver pm2 on the job unless you have already agreed a price.

fitting these this week no problems with the pattern just the cutting neither of my rubi's will touch them so wet cut al the way

Should have bought a Sigma!!!

Allow slightly bigger grout joints.

Yeah was well cheesed off rubi ts 40 and my tr 700 wouldn't cut them cost me loads of time wet cutting them

I wished I had switched years ago,
TS 40 & 60 are good cutters in their own way, ie ceramics but the Sigmas are just in a different league when it comes to cutting.
