How do you post a youtube video ?

there is a row of symbols on the task bar in the quick reply box one look likes a film reel write type you have to say then click on the film reel icon and copy and paste the link in the box that appears press the post reply button and bingo your youtube clip will be attached to your post

I think that video is brilliant I really fancy having ago at that thanks for putting it up I was trying to do it but just could not thanks.
