I would estimate £500 + Materials but i would talk them into removing sanitry ware tell them it cost as much to remove them as it does to tile round them...
It has always worked for me mate but i install bathrooms and kitchens so 95% of my tiling is whilst fitting bathrooms so sanny ware is out already but 2 year ago when i started tiling but for the first year all i did was tile and only ever cut round sanny ware twice.
the only thing with not removing the toilet is if it ever needs replacing you are not going to get the same to go in the hole that the old one was cut around.:yes:
