Ouch!
I feel your pain, i dragged my Fein Multi out of the van with my powertool hessian sack but managed to break its fall with my foot and I actually stuck my foot out to catch it. God it hurt, right on a thin bone at the top.
Its like a few years ago I was addicted to Gran Turismo 5 on playstaion and on some of the challenges you just couldn't get gold and everyone on the forums was saying its only when you get yourself a wheel and pedals you can control it better so I spent a few quid and kitted myself out, I even...
I've left it at my job but I will see, you push it down and you can still rock the measuring bar a bit each way and the knob hits either side of the ident.
I've got a query on my Sigma that I've been meaning to ask, when fitting the measuring bar and you try to zero it by pushing down on the spring loaded knob into the ident, on mine there is a lot of play and you can tighten down off zero.
Stick at it, when I got my Sigma I hated it and thought I'd wasted £300 but I didn't have the feel for it and wasn't using it properly and missed my (don't laugh) big clinker.
