Been to look at a floor, the tiles have been removed, and the customer say's that when they were removed, a 10mm layer of asphalt came up to he said it was laid on a material like a net curtain. Would this asphalt be the dpm, and will it need reaplacing. I'd will be grateful, for any advice.

if the house is 10 yrs old then it wont be the dpm, that will be under the concrete. it will the the asphalt coating that they used to put down up until a few years back but a picture would definately help
