Same Prep??

Got a call asking me to fit electric ufh under an engineered oak floor...joiners fitting the floor but I'm down for fitting ufh, its tongue and groove floorboards at minute, is it same prep as for tiles...insulation boards, ufh then slc? Anything else I should know?
