Uneven colouring of grey grout in tiles

What's your tiling question? Please can I have some advice I recently payed for a new bathroom and I bought light grey ceramic tiles. Unfortunately the colour of group is uneven and it makes the tiles look old. The tiler did not come back but the manager came back and tried to redo it and it looks worse. I have payed for the bathroom what should I do?

If a bucket adhesive was used and the adhesive wasn’t dry , the moisture could leech out through the joints creating a patchy effect. If not , then it could be over washed creating lighter patching. Etc.

You could use a grout colourant , mapei fuga fresca is good.

Should a sealant be used on grout and do you need special equipment to remove old grout?

No grout needs to be removed or sealed with fuga fresca.
