Grinder vs Wetcutter

Tilers Forums Official Sponsors

get mine from trimline havent found the marcist blades i have tried very good as i only tend to use granite and porcelain tiles most of the time

I have a wet cutter but have just started to use a grinder as well.

It's certainly a lot easier if you've only got a few cuts than having to set up the wet one (and then clean it!)

It's the only bit that I don't enjoy about tiling - having to clean all of the kit. Although (reluctantly) I do make sure that it is cleaned at the end of each day.

At least with my plumbing jobs it's just a case of packing away a ton of tools
