going completely cold turkey!! managing ok as well. I thought I may have been a little grumpy (no not another Russ lol) but been ok and resisting well, wife has packed up too!

time for an update: 4 weeks this sunday and still nico free, altho' lol, I've put on 3/4 of a stone! which to be honest is quite welcome as I was starting to look a bit scrawny.Now I'm back to 11 stone which I used to be before I started smoking!:hurray:
