Carrier bag or Folders ?

Have you all got your receipts, bank statements and invoices in to your accountant on time ?
Who is going to get a fine for a late tax return ?

Got mine in only just in time and filed online !!!

Finally got them organised so it was easier for them to do !!
know that some of you more organised guys may even keep your own books ! I never seem to make time and it is always a last minute rush. Was told by accountant that she still has a surprisingly large amount of people who bring a carrier bag of jumbled up receipts for her to sort out at the end of each tax year !!!!
Personally I hate that side of running your own business :incazzato:

I'm definitely a bagger, with my receipts in a hundred different places, 101 if you count my (bare) invoice folder

Best way, give them to your book keeper on a monthly basis with your bank statements and copy invoices.

best way to do you bills is daily FOR those of yu who keep a diary just staple all of the days bills to the corresponding page in the diary!
that just leaves the out going invoices to stack up at monthly intervals! :45:
