Invoicing software

Can anyone recommend any good (easy to use) invoicing software?

I've finally got round to sorting out an accountant / bookkeeper who is going to sort out all the receipts, vat returns, payroll etc on her own software, so all I should need is a fairly basic invoicing system?

What are you using it on PC/iPad etc. I've been using invoice2go for the iPad/iPhone for 6 months or so now and it's so simple and easy to use, takes me about 15mins a week to do my book keeping.

Mainly the laptop / pc, but linking to the phone looks like a nice feature - I'm not great with technology tho so it need to be

I seem to have issues with invoice2go . Emails are not being sent. Doesnt matter if I use the phone laptop or desk pc. I have it set so I get sent a copy to but that doesnt arrive either. If I then resend it usually goes through.
The other issue is that on an invoice it shows a total but in the list of sent invoices it can show 0 for an invoice.

i have had the same issue with the invoice seemingly not sent. It turns out certain spam filters pick it up as spam.
Ask customers to check the spam account.

Nah looked at that, its just not sent. 2nd time of trying it seems to go ok ??

Something must have changed. Can you not think of anything? Go in to the bcc/ from section when sending and enter your email address. Very strange it's not working on your computer too, you might need to reinstall.

Looked at all the settings but cant see anything wrong. I send one to myself so I know it has actually been sent.

Which version have you guys got? I was thinking about the pro version for the latop, it sync devices, comes with extra add ons, backs up to a cloud etc - but its £69 a year. What does the £6.99 android app do, seems like a big price jump?

I paid £35, £17.50 for invoice2go and £17.50 for receipts2go to run alongside it. Loads of extra features and like you say, it syncs with iPhone and iPad and creates monthly/annual reports and stuff like that.

Every thing I need it to do is on the app for £6.99 but you can try the free one that will let you do 3 invoices then you have to delet them but it will let you have a play and see if it does all you need it befor you spend money on it
