BAL BAL Gun Metal Grey Drying Patchy - Anybody else had this?

Just grouted this floor this morning and noticed this started to happen,I used bal gun metal,mixed as stated on the bag,anyone else had this problem

I have had problems with grey in the past as have many others I know. Not specifically bal. have you washed it off too soon with it being polished porcelain it takes a while to harden off properly

It was a kitchen/hallway,so did it in 2 sections,14m kitchen first,grouted in,then washed,then hallway.then left it an hour for second wash

What I'm saying is, it's the first was that you need to wait for with this sort of tile as there is no suction to take out the moisture

If its only been grouted this morning its not dry yet..some patches may dry quicker than others if there's hot pipes under the floor. See how it looks tomorrow.

I can't see it being any better tomorrow,I might be wrong,would any sort of cleaner/impregnater sort this out
