Sigma 2g .... Rubi TS 43

Does anyone own/has anyone used a sigma 2g 37cm cutter?

If sigmas are so special why is it half the price of a rubi ts43?

Any information would be helpful cheers

I have both. Sigma for repetitive 45 cuts and ts 43 for everything else with small ceramics

I do lots of metros, would you recommend the rubi over the sigma then. Hardly ever do 45 cuts cheers

in short, if it costs too much is not good,
if it is cheap it is not good.
I got the 2g
and I've had ts43 and ts 60, 20 years ago ... are you all right?
now i try montolit 43 ..... maybe it is better.

I was ts60 for everything. Replaced with sigma 3c3m this week. Now realising it’s probably too big for all my metro jobs so need to buy a smaller one. Either 2g or TS 43....

why did not you take the 3b4 67cm?
I use the 90% of the work.
2g has no adjustment for the thickness of the tiles.
did not you consider the 3L 55 cm?
surely a better tool compared to 2g.

I think sigma, builds 3c3m just for English....
here all the great things are,

how many tiles exist of 75/77 cm?
just this question to know which cutter buy.
but everyone is free to do what he wants.
It impresses me when a tiler,
from rubi ts 60, passes sigma 75cm ...
I do not understand the reason to buy a 75 cm.
is a mystery that I can not solve after 2 years.
I always try to do as little as possible effort
while I work and have more space available.
a 2g that I never use, a 66 cm, a 102 cm, is enough for me.

That extra bit of room on the 75 just makes it easier to slide 600 tiles in and out, gives a bit more room. Nice long measuring bar.
