Nail polish has got me out of some unwanted digging also. You can mix colours to get near enough and as Rosco days layer it on. Tidy it up with nail polish remover or a brand new Stanley knife blade.

Juvenile? You would colour in the chip/scratch the same as the tile colour to make it less or unnoticeable.

What happens when they wash the floor it would just come off and there on the phone to me again...
Looking for a more permanent solution.

Aha. I mean a permanent marker. I've always called them felt pens since the 60's. It's an age thing.
