UK Which sealer?

Please advise me on a sealer or two. I've had white porcelain tiles with light grey grout laid for 4/5 months & the grout had darkened & the tiles are difficult to clean.
Once sealed, I do plan on getting a kitchen runner.
I read a review on Amazon for LTP H20 sealer & the image left me worried. There is the spirit/solvent based one but I'd rather use a water based one if possible, but would consider solvent.
I've also been looking at Tile Doctor Ultra Seal but can't find any reviews, & also Lithofin sealers. I may use this brand to clean the grout to look as new before sealing.

Matte tiles ? are hard to clean.
As in unglazed & are difficult to clean with a mop as they're uneven, to (i guess) make them look like stone so the mop doesn't get them very clean. I have to do it on my hands & knees. I wan't to buy a steam mop, but suggestions are to have the tiles & grout sealed first.

Any suggestions on a sealer?

No they are glazed, not sure of the science but from xp, know matte satin finish tiles are harder to keep and clean especially floor , as those marks clean off id suggest they are glazed and should not be sealed
