    I priced a job yesterday via Whatsapp so I could see it. Jobs in Sheffield, I'm Nottingham. 1200x1200 15mm porcs in a new build large house. About 70 mtrs. Priced it at £30 psm labour only, sent it off by text, reply was a big laughing emoji and "you need to be nearer to £20"

    What's the "inc". If your on £250 a day and £50 psm you're knocking out 5 mtrs or there abouts a day? Lets say your on 10 mtrs. (and that's really slow in my opinion) your pocketing £500 a day, nice going.

    I use a cordless Makita drill with paddles from my local. 5AH battery and it lasts most of the day, at least 10 bags.
