    Could it be the Silicon seal has de-bonded and water is getting down the back and under the tiles. Is the grout darker near the shower?

    Recommend adhesive please

    Tilemaster Magix-S White is the one I would recommend. It is an S1 rated adhesive and totally suitable for ceramic mosaics in a bathroom environment. Check out the Tilemaster adhesives web site for your nearest supplier and a TDS or contact the technical department.

    Doesn't matter 18 or 22mm its the surface we tested and the rest is down to BS5385: strong, no flex ect.
