Hi. As above , you don't have to waterproof above bath. Personally, I always waterproof above bath, then seal between bath and wall, with Silicon, then tile , grout and seal with Silicon bath -tile, and tile-tile internal corner.
I have spent 5 years in military.... so in my mind, you do it right or don't do it. We all learn, but if you have 5 years experience, you must be better. Maby I'm wrong, maby in some country's they don't have tools, we have. Apologies if I insulted
Someone with my comment.
Multitool is good, but grinder is much quicker, as long as somebody holds HENRY for you and suck all dust while you cut. (some times I do it all, by my self)
Hi all. So I have finished indoor pool in Epping area. That was big project (same house did outdoor pool last summer), when started there was only concrete shell (no render). For the first time I had to give renderer finish points. We fixed OSB board, so render would go to it. Pool is perfect...
At the moment I'm tiling large swimming pool. Did 100sq.m floor in 6 days including grouting. Walls, steps, tricky top edges, cutting around lights ect. around 8sq.m a day.
I disagree, don't think you can lay 15sq.m every day, including grouting. Only if you have large floor, you can do 15sq.m .( then lower rates per sq.m)5-7sq.m average.
