Need some help please, starting removing the carpet grippers which were nailed into these tiles from a 1979 uk house and wondering if i have exposed myself to asbestos.
The tiles are 250mm x 250mm and are about 3mm thick.
The tiles were cracked from the nails but the pulling of the nails to remove the grippers further cracked some of the tiles.
