Normally get it with the tiles if they are sold as a modular.

I would of finished with a bit of square edge trim to protect the edge, most thresholds would go over the top of the tile afterwards anyway, so you wouldn't see it when other floor is finished.

Weber adhesive is good stuff, you won't have a problem with that, you should be getting 4-5m per bag.

As above, can't see a problem had, i delivered tiles to a house 5 days before i was due to do the job, when i arrived at 7-30 in the morning she insisted they were different tiles to what she had picked, made me go to the shop with her at 9 to check, same tiles she picked just different lighting...

Tiger trowel for me, as above on those tiles not the best!

I always take the spring out, can't use them with it in!

As above very rarely have to take faceplate off.
