Laura Ashley tiles changing colour

i cant see what the problem is???

Seems a classic case of customer deciding once done that she ballsed up and chose wrong tiles for her scheme to me......

As above, can't see a problem had, i delivered tiles to a house 5 days before i was due to do the job, when i arrived at 7-30 in the morning she insisted they were different tiles to what she had picked, made me go to the shop with her at 9 to check, same tiles she picked just different lighting in the shop!

I can't really see a problem either any way I've told her fight it out with her tiler and bct I've got to much to do so I'm out !!
