They didn't mention the ultra brand of adhesive at all when I ordered the tiles. If they had I would of bought it from them and saved my tiler from getting the adhesive. It would have made no difference to me at all. I think this is a new excuse they have come up with. I'm more inclined to think...- stone tiler

Im guessing these tiles are the worst quality you could possibly find! Again tho if they havn't specified that adhesive would my tiler think to use it. He's supplier is saying the rapid set flexible is fine.- stone tiler

The adhesive used is fast setting so it states it sets/dried out in 3 hrs approx so would the water in the mix be an issue? Is resin pourous?- stone tiler

My tiler thinks it's something to do with the heat and the tiles not being able to cope with it. Surely tho if the tiles were up to standard the heat should be no problem? Im only warming the floor in the hallway. They are not on a high temp at all, they are on low and constant- stone tiler
