    Tile directly on 6mm ply?

    I would even rip the 6mm ply up and use backer board ,but wrong imo to say ply not suitable ,if you use the right thickness no problem with ply

    Terrible job two things to point out here,the company that you bought the tiles from should have advised you about the tiles and secondly the tiler if that is what he was should have refused to fix them brick bond if the tiles were bowed

    Dont let him back in the house unless he is going to take hem up and do a proper job and pay you for tiles adhesive etc and extra for inconvenience

    No matter how good a Tiler you are them lights will make it look bad ,but having said that yes i agree its a rubbish tiling job apart from the lights
