Cowboy Trap just as bad as Homebase.
I posted a thread last week about Homebase recommended thickness of ply which they said 9mm, just watched Cowboy Trap and guess what,they recommended the same thickness they of got the bad guys in.- afright

bad tiling
I've just had my bathroom tiled & it looks awful. He's coming back tomorrow to grout & for his money. I've taken lots of pictures & already started taking the tiles down. This has ruined my newly plastered walls & I've had to order new tiles as several of them have broken. Please help- bumslap

bad quality jerusalem gold honed limestone
ive just opened a batch of 600x 400 x 12mm jerusalem gold honed limestone. the face looks as though it has been hand honed with a 100 diamond grit. loads of chips and edges not straight and out of square. if you flip the tile over the back of the tile is brushed!!! when i call supplier they...- jonnyc

Bad knee's !

Is chipboard so bad???
Quick question, is chipboard that bad a floor substrate to tile on? I'll be doing someone's en suite floor in a couple of weeks and they have chipboard down at the moment. I would like to put ply or backerboard over it but I think it'll raise the floor level higher than that of the bedrooms...- ag1975

White floor tiles through the whole house ??? good or bad idea???

bad advice to customers
mondays job was to fix 600 x 400 travetine in shower area the shop where i got the job said they recommended class aa tub adhesive to fix same when i suggested this was wrong told i was to picky it strikes me sometimes shops sell whatever they have in stock anyone had same trouble- cynic
