I'm getting ready to lay my marble floor and obviously want them to look their best.
The tiles are still in a wooden crate so quite dusty, the tile sealer I've got is Dry Treat Stain Proof but am wondering what would be best to use before I seal them.
Just a wipe down with water or chemical...

How do you guys work clean? Do you clean face of tiles and joints as you go or do you do it before grouting?
Also, how do you deal with the dreaded unremovable spacer??
I have just grouted the tumbled travertine mosaics tonight and after grout has hardened off have just given them a clean with a damp sponge, what do i need to do to them yet before sealing with ltp mattstone?

Do I need to impregnate it again?
Do I need to use a proper tile cleaner before I put a...
Hi there,
I am currently working on a job doing a slate floor. During the weekend the owner started painting in the room and splashed loads of emulsion paint on the 3 rows of slates I had down:furious3:
I had hoped this would come off easily with a scrubby pad, but it didn't.
I cleaned the...
