    Does grout always dry the same colour as the dry powder ?

    Does grout always dry the same colour as the dry powder ? I mean providing its mixed correctly and not over-washed etc. In my limited experience this seems to usually be the case, if which case looking at the powder in the packet is better than a colour chart on the internet for accuracy.     I have just removed a large sunflower tile from above the cooker in my kitchen and replaced with a clear and brushed steel mosaic tile. The rest of the tiles are white and have white grout. Should I use white grout on the mosaic or a clear type?
