    Best tool for commercial tile removal

    Hi all What tool does everyone use to remove grout from existing floor tiles in order to remove and replace individual tiles? Getting a few of these jobs and the grinder followed with the vac is too fiddly, slow and kicking out too much dust.... Cheers
