Tiling a downstairs WC at the moment and due to a past garage conversion, one wall has a rounded angle of around 135 degrees.
I am tiling brick bond and obviously can't go across the angle because the wall would need building out to square it off which the client does not want (loss of space...

Hi everyone,
I have just been cuting some ceramic tiles with a Rubi ND 180 BL wet cutter. The cuttter is brand new and I have only cut abot 10 tiles.
However, when I cut a tile more often tha nnot the corner splinters off at the end of the cut. (Always on the side that I want to keep!).

Hi Guys,
We've come across a few guys that have used cornertape and thought that it can only be used on straight runs, this is not the case.
Cornertape makes a perfect internal 2 way and 3 way corner very easily and it takes about a min to do this. The joint is then formed from one piece of...
Hi all
New member - first post!
I was wondering if somebody could give me some pointers on using Cornertape. I've watched the videos and it says to tape up the (3-way) corners first using three 5cm or so lenghts. Forgive me if I am being very thick but I am not sure I understand how to do...
Hi,
My 'professional' tiler can not do a 3 way joint - I have seen 9mm 3 way corners that will stop the need for 45 degree angles and will look much nicer than the piles of grout i currently have with sharp jutting out corners.
Does anyone know where I can get 8mm bright silver 3 way...
how many times have you been somewhere and noticed the tiling, then looked at the corners for grout that had`nt been cleaned out properly,a saying i was taught whilst serving my apprenticeship was " what are corners NOT for" GROUT,

I have a bathroom to tile with a number of external corners that are greater than and less than 90deg. Anyone have any tips or tricks to make these corners easier?
About a year ago I finished tiling the bathroom with the help of the forum. Th only mistake I made was in the shower enclosure where I have some 135deg internal corners. This was the first bit I tiled and the first tiling I had done. With the sealant in the corners the joint width varies on the...

looked at a job today , customer wants 250/200 brickbond to stop a third of the way up the window with mosaic border, neigh bother there but the window reveal is curved when it meets the main wall.

Just a quick question to make sure im doing this right. Am i rigt in saying that when doing corner's in a room you leave the width of whatever tile your working with be it 6mm or 9mm etc..either side so you have a nice straight corner all the way up to Silicon?
Hi Guys
I've had a search but can't find find what I need.
My cousin has bought some tiles from Porselanosa(?) in Leicester, including metal tiletrim in chrome. In section, it looks like a small rectangle with the usual lip that goes under the tiles.
In their showroom they display corner...
