I have just joined the forum and i am sure it will be very useful. I have tiled about 6 bathrooms as we use to have a hotel but i have decided that i should get some formal training as i would like to this for a living. My nearest tiling course is called UK tiling based in Swindon...
i am looking for tilling courses in scotland, ones that can provide the same level as academys such as chase tilling, any info or links would be appreciated.
Right guys how many weeks did you do on your tiling course, one week, two weeks, 6 weeks etc. I did two weeks and i had never done tiling before, i think i learnt the basics and just needed to put them into practise. I would rather no training schools answered this question i want new tilers to...
Most people on here have done a tiling course and now call them selfs tilers what a load of **** theses courses are you tile a nice new plastered wall and the trainers tell you how good your tiling looks they give you loads of confidence to get out there and do it but the truth is they take...

Has anyone been or could reccomend a good Advanced tiling course in the North West that icludes things like Wetroom and underfloor heating installation. I dont think ill take such a project on unless i know im confident enough to do it.

iam lookin to do a tileing course that will teach me all basics for wall and flooring, but the thing is iam based in portsmouth and don't really want to tarvel that far to the workshop. Can any1 suggest any companies that i can go to that have workshop in HAmpshire area? many thanks
Anyone been on a one week course at PTS Warrington or Plastering & Tiling School of Excellence Stockport? As a complete novice would it help to give me an idea of whether or not I would want to go into tiling as a profession with a view to then doing a longer course at a later date?
