Hi all, looking at getting a tile cutter big enough to cut 600mm porcelain tiles as seem to be getting more work using these bigger tiles and my wet cutter is slowing me down and my TS50plus is too small. A few questions :
1. Whats the difference between the RUBI TI-66S and the TI 66 T ?

Hi
I'm after a TR600. Does anyone know of any decent deals/ discount on it??
Also, finished with my TX1200 if anyone wants to buy it. Its done one job and I haven't got anything lined up for it in the near future. It's a monster but a really good bit of kit. I'll be putting on ebay next week...
I have been looking for a wet tile cutter but not looking to spend loads as im just at college at the moment and need it to do some work towards a final piece at home, I have been reading threads on the forum about the plasplug wet tile cutters, and think the pro plus cutter would be ideal for...
What do you reckon is the best type of trim cutters to get -
the replaceable blade type or more expensive ones that can be sharpened?
Whats the best type and brand out there?
Come on all let me have your verdict. As I have both a Sigma 50cm pull cutter (cant remember the model ART ***?) and a Rubi TS 40 and TX900 the sigma gives the best cut, but the rubi TX900 has better and easier breaking system.
Any Thoughts?
Just wondering what everybody on here prefers cutting with?
I use a Sigma 5a and 4a myself. Great machines, though the Rubis seem to be popular. Have used a Rubi in the past but found it to be slower and less accurate than the Sigma.
:book2: Has anyone got any thoughts on which dry cutters are the best. I have used the Rubi TS range and thought it was good but not sure what to buy. Have heard the TS plus range can chip the tiles?

Hi everyone,
About to start out on my own and would like some advice on which Rubi dry cutter to invest in, and which wet cutter to go for (probably not Rubi as they are pricey :whatchutalkingabout, but will welcome the advice).
I would like the tools that will see me through most jobs/types...
Thought some of you might like to know I just found Plasplug Master Tiler for sale at £79 -"introductory offer" - at toolstation.com, which is nearly £50 cheaper than elsewhere. I bought one with a Marcrist blade for cutting porcelain tiles, and it does the job fine.
