Aswell as getting paid i was given a crate of john smiths aswell for my troubles, just to say it was very nice of them and they were a very nice family.

Well after 6 days and lots of sweating (when trowelling the addy over the wires) I finally finihsed my GP's 2 en-suites with porcelain 450x450 tiles and UFH.
Went for the loos wire system from warm up as the l-shaped rooms and tiolets, bidets and sinks meant a mat would have been difficult...

I finished my first job on Friday.. A dining room floor and kitchen floor and it took me all week!!! 29 sq yards in a dimond pattern.. I am happy with the job i have done and the client is happy too, but thought i could have finished it a bit quicker!!!:8:

Sad state of affairs I know.
Started doing my own bathroom something like 9 months or so ago, and finally got round to doing them small little niggling snags, like re-Silicon the sink, and the odd spot of grout here n there, and now.. after months and months and months of nagging...
